How fast is the order delivered?

If you manage to order by 2:30 p.m. on a business day - delivery to your chosen parcel locker or delivery address the next day! Unless a different delivery time is specified in the product description.
Delivery is provided by Latvijas Pasts and DPD courier services.

Do you also have a physical store?

Yes, you could say that! We are located in Liepāja, Juliannas Pagalms - Kuģinieku ielā 5. However, we don't operate as a traditional store, as our main focus is on remote sales through our online shop. This is the Rocket Baby office, combined with a beautiful 'showroom', an order pick-up point, and also a physical store where we would be happy to meet you in person! If you are in Liepāja, feel free to stop by! 🤍
We are usually here every weekday from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM, but we are often here all day. If you see that we are in - feel free to come in! You can buy everything on site immediately, without ordering. Payment by card is also possible. Can I pick up my order today?

Yes, the goods are in our warehouse in the center of Liepāja, and you can pick them up right away! In urgent cases, please write to Whatsapp or call T. 27001410

Do you generate e-invoices for municipal institutions?

Yes, we generate e-invoices for municipalities in the required format and send them to the specified e-address on the latvija.lv platform. If you would like us to prepare an e-invoice, please write to us at info@rocketbaby.lv or indicate it in the Comments section when placing your order.

How do I return goods?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In case of returning the goods, please return the goods to our address by courier, or to the parcel locker: Liepāja, T/C XL Sala, T. 27001410.
The customer covers the cost of returning the goods by sending the goods in a way that is most convenient for them, or by sending us a message by e-mail so that we can prepare a return label on our part. Return label via Latvijas Pasts parcel locker: 2.59 EUR, via DPD parcel locker 2.99 EUR. Courier return price - by agreement, depending on the size and location of the goods.
