Terms of purchase

1. General provisions:

1.1. These terms of purchase regulate the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller, purchase of goods and payment terms, delivery and return of goods, responsibilities of the parties and other terms relating to the purchase and sale made from SIA "Rocket Baby", as well as the goods sold in the online store for the presentation of purchase-sale rules ("Terms") for persons specified in Clause 5 of the Terms ("Purchaser's Rights and Obligations"), who purchase goods ("Goods") in the online store at www.rocketbaby.lv
1.2. Together with the order of goods submitted by the Buyer, these Terms become a contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller and are a binding legal document for both parties. The contract is considered concluded if the Buyer prepares and submits an order for goods to the Seller, makes payment in accordance with the procedure and within the terms specified in the Regulations, and the Seller sends a confirmation that the Buyer's order has been accepted to the e-mail indicated by the Buyer. The agreement is valid until the fulfillment of the obligations of the parties arising from this agreement. Before ordering any Products in the online store, please read these Terms carefully and make sure you understand them correctly. Please note that before completing the order, the Buyer is obliged to agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, but if he refuses to do so, completing the order and ordering the Product is impossible.
1.3. We also inform you that these Terms may be amended in accordance with the procedures specified in the Terms. Every time when ordering Goods, we recommend reviewing the Terms so that the Buyer has made sure that he fully understands the conditions under which the order will be made in the particular case. These Terms were last updated on April 13, 2022.
1.4. These Terms and any Agreements between the Seller and the Buyer are drawn up and concluded only in the national language.

2. Information about the Seller

2.1. These Terms are applied when purchasing Products at www.rocketbaby.lv ("online store"). The seller is SIA "Rocket Baby", duly registered and operating in the Republic of Latvia, company registration no. 40203465109, VAT payer no. LV40203465109, legal address Krišjāņa Valemāra iela 57-2, Liepāja, Latvia, LV-3401. Data about the Seller are collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities, the register is maintained by the State Enterprise "Enterprise Register". The seller is registered as a VAT payer.
2.2. More information about the Seller is provided in the "Contacts" section.

3. Buying / Selling:

3.1. The purchase/sale agreement is concluded when the customer fulfills one of the points described below:

3.1.1. Confirms the purchase in the online store (about which the Customer is informed by e-mail);

3.1.2. Confirm your order by phone, indicating the delivery address, first and last name, and sign the courier's document at the time of receipt (the delivery sheet, by electronically signing in the terminal or otherwise - depending on the courier's requirements);

4. Goods

4.1. The images of the Products provided in the online store are illustrative in nature. Despite the fact that the Seller makes every effort to reflect the colors of the Goods as accurately as possible, the Seller cannot guarantee that the screen of the Buyer's device will accurately reflect the colors of the Goods. The Buyer understands that the Goods may not materially differ from their images.
4.2. The product packaging may differ from what is shown in the images provided in the online store.
4.3. Unless otherwise stated, all Products offered in the online store are available. In the event that it is not possible to sell the ordered Product according to Rule 5.7. and 9.5. due to the circumstances specified in points, the Buyer is immediately informed about it by e-mail or with the help of other means of communication (by phone or SMS) and the order for such Product is cancelled.
4.4. The seller has the right to determine the minimum and / or maximum order quantity for a specific product in one order.

5. Buyer's rights and obligations:

5.1. The buyer must pay for the goods in accordance with the payment terms.

5.2. The buyer undertakes to comply with these conditions, which are described in the online store and in the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia.

5.3. If the buyer does not fulfill his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or terminate cooperation with the Buyer immediately and without prior warning.

6. Rights and obligations of the seller:

6.1. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order if the Seller cannot contact the Buyer within 3 (three) working days, according to the contacts indicated by the Buyer.

6.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to data privacy, which is related to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Considering that the Privacy Policy contains important terms of the Terms, we recommend that the Buyer read them carefully and make sure that all the terms of the Privacy Policy are understandable and acceptable to him.

6.3. If the Seller is unable to fulfill the Buyer's order (deliver the product in the specified time and/or deliver the product that the Buyer has ordered, then the Buyer has the right to return/refuse this order and the Seller must return the money to the buyer within 3 (three) working days, if The Buyer has already settled with the Seller, unless the Buyer and the Seller have agreed between themselves (in writing or verbally) on a different delivery time or exchanging the product for another.

7 . Delivery and payment terms

7.1. If the order has been placed, the delivery has been requested and the invoice has been paid by working day at 15:00, then the order is processed on the same day and delivered to the address specified by the Buyer or to the parcel locker within 1-2 working days. Orders paid after 15.00 are processed the next working day. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it is processed and shipped on the next working day.

7.2. In some cases, it is possible to pick up the order on the spot at SIA "Rocket Baby" at Krišjāņa Valdemāra street 57-2, Liepāja without additional charge - by separately agreeing on the pick-up time and options!

7.3. The buyer receives the original delivery note together with the ordered goods.

7.4. Payment for the order is possible by automatic bank transfer through the online store, using Klix payments; paying with a payment card, making a manual bank transfer, paying the prepaid invoice received; or in cash on the spot at Krišjāņa Valdemāra street 57-2, Liepāja.

7.5. All disputes or disagreements, if they arise after the approval of this contract, the parties agree to resolve through negotiations. If it is not possible to resolve the disputes through negotiations, they will be referred to the Liepāja Arbitration Court.

8. Product return:

8.1. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 (fourteen) days, taking into account the following rules:

8.1.1. Informing the Seller about this decision by submitting a written submission to the Seller by e-mail info@rocketbaby.lv;

8.1.2. When delivering the product to the address of SIA "Rocket Baby" - Krišjāņa Valdemāra street 57-2, Liepāja, or by separate agreement - to the DPD parcel locker indicated by the Seller;

8.1.3. When delivered, the product is in the original packaging, unused, in the same condition as it was purchased.

8.2. The Seller's obligations include returning the amount of the goods to the Buyer in the amount of 100%, transferring it within 30 (thirty) days to the bank account specified by the Buyer (in the application for the return of the goods), deducting the costs of delivery of the goods, if any. The seller has the right to refuse to return goods if the goods are damaged and/or have been used or misused.

8.3. SIA Rocket Baby reserves the right to refuse to accept a product that is damaged, used or not complete. To arrange the return of the product, please contact us by e-mail: info@rocketbaby.lv or by phone: +371 27001410, indicating the order number and date.

9. Warranty

9.1. If technical problems have arisen during the use of the product, the service of the product will be performed in accordance with the norms of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia. The product's service time is indicated in its description. Purchase documents are valid only if they correctly and clearly indicate: product model and date of sale. It is forbidden to make any changes in the purchase documents, delete or overwrite the data specified in them - in this case, the service documents will be declared invalid.

9.2. Claims received about the quality of the product will be dealt with in accordance with the norms of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL), in accordance with the regulatory regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers no. 631. "Procedure in which a consumer's claim for a product or service that does not comply with the terms of the contract is submitted and considered" (MK Rules No. 631).

9.3 . We remind you that PTAL norms do not apply to cases where the product is purchased by legal entities.
