ATTRACTION RENTAL TERMS OF USE

Terms of rental of attractions

1. In order to receive the rented attractions, the Lessee must present the Lessee's identity document.
2. The Lessor hands over the attractions to the Lessee at the mutually agreed place and time, introduces the Lessee with the rules for using the attractions.
3. The Lessee undertakes to return the attractions to the Lessor at the originally specified place and time in the same order of use as received.
4. The lessee may not take the rented attractions outside the borders of the Republic of Latvia.
5. The lessee may use the attractions only at the agreed place and address.
6. If during the rental of attractions, due to the fault of the Lessee or without it, the Lessee is torn, damaged, lost, or for some other reason, the Lessee cannot return the attractions to the Lessor, then the Lessee shall compensate the Lessor for the damages caused in full.
7. The lessee may not repair attractions without the lessor's consent.
8. The lessor does not take responsibility for the consequences that could arise from the inept use of the rented attractions and underestimation of conditions or opportunities.

Terms of use of attractions:

1. The child's parent or guardian decides on the child's ability to use attractions.
2. The lessee who receives the attractions, before using the attractions, undertakes to familiarize the children with the rules of using the attractions, and not to leave the children unattended.
3. Attractions are intended to be used both indoors and outdoors.
4. Do not use the inflatable attractions in case of strong wind (above 7m/s) and prolonged precipitation.
5. Inflatable attractions are installed only on a flat surface that is free of sharp objects (stones, glass, nails, etc.).
6. The installation location of the attraction must be easily accessible by car. The lessee must be notified of any kind of encumbrances at the installation site already at the time of the order.
7. A free zone must be provided around the attraction at least 2m away from the closed walls of the attraction and at least 3.5m away from the open part of the attraction. There must not be any objects in the said area that may pose a risk of injury to the user of the attraction.
8. Inflatable attractions are installed by inflating them with air using an air blower, which must be connected to the electric voltage 220V-230V.
9. Air blowers must be kept dry!
10. Fix the inflatable attraction to the base of the square with specially designed fasteners.

The following are prohibited in the attractions:

1. To be in shoes;
2. Use food products and chewing gum;
3. Use sharp, hot, etc. objects, coloring substances, liquids, oils, resins, etc. products;
4. Import animals;
5. Pushing and climbing on the protective sides of the inflatable attraction, bending over the edges;
6. Slide backwards from the inflatable attraction slide while standing and head first;
7. Exceeding the total permissible number of children / weight in the inflatable attraction.
