To make a reservation, go to the bottom of this page, where you can enter your contact information and leave us a message about the desired date of reservation, as well as describe the desired set of attractions!
We usually give an answer within an hour, but no later than 1 day! For your convenience, we try to be available even on holidays!

Reservation and payment :
To reserve an attraction, we will ask you to pay a reservation fee, which will be 50% of the total rental fee, but not more than €50. We will ask you to pay the remaining part on the day of the installation of the attractions or by agreement - before the date of the party.

The reservation can be canceled free of charge no later than 30 days before the planned event date.
It is possible to change the date of the event for free if this date is free!

If the weather is unsuitable and unsafe (strong wind, rain), we always reserve the right to cancel the rental of inflatable attractions, in which case we return the paid reservation fee in the amount of 100%!
If possible, we recommend having a backup plan for the event indoors or under a canopy so that the party still goes as planned.
We will be sure to contact you before the event if there are any concerns about unsuitable weather.
